CHOKSTOCK provides analytics and insights based on data from your connected Tradetron account. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data and are not liable for any trading decisions you make.

The CHOKSTOCK platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CHOKSTOCK and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CHOKSTOCK, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising out of your use of the service.
